Dealer Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Muhammed Naeem Bashir Used Cars TR LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Company and Dealers using our listing services.

1. Definitions
 

“We”, “Our”, “Us” refers to Muhammed Naeem Bashir Used Cars TR LLC, the owner and operator of the website naeembhai.com.
“Our Website” refers to naeembhai.com.
“You”, “Your” or “the Dealer” refers to the automotive professional or entity subscribing to the Car Listing Service.
“Service” refers to the monthly paid subscription allowing Dealers to upload, manage, and advertise vehicle listings on our website.
2. Dealer Obligations
 

By subscribing to the Service, you agree to:

Availability: Only advertise vehicles that are currently available for physical purchase within the permitted territories.
Accuracy: Ensure all vehicle data, prices, and images are accurate and not misleading.
Sold Status: Mark a vehicle as “Sold” on the website within 24 hours of a sales contract being signed.
Legal Compliance: Comply with all UAE laws regarding electronic commerce and automotive trade.
Exclusivity: Ensure that a specific vehicle (VIN/Chassis) is listed only once under your account.
3. Subscription & Payments
 

Monthly Subscription: The Service is provided on a monthly paid subscription basis.
Advance Payment: Access to the listing portal will only be activated once the full monthly fee is received.
Automatic Renewal: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew every 30 days upon receipt of payment.
Late Payment: Failure to pay the monthly fee will result in the immediate suspension of your listings and account access.
4. Strict No-Refund & No-Return Policy
 

By signing the Advertising Agreement or paying for the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Refunds: All payments made to Muhammed Naeem Bashir Used Cars TR LLC are final and non-refundable. This includes partial months or unused listing slots.
No Returns: Once a subscription period has commenced or a listing has been published, the service is deemed “consumed,” and no returns of funds will be entertained.
Duplicate Payments: In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment, we will credit the amount toward your next billing cycle.
5. Intellectual Property & Content
 

License: By uploading content (images/text), you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that material on our website and social media channels.
Ownership: All trademarks and website architecture on naeembhai.com remain the sole property of Muhammed Naeem Bashir Used Cars TR LLC.
6. Termination
 

By the Dealer: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of the current billing month.
By the Company: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
You provide false or misleading information about a vehicle.
You fail to pay the monthly subscription fee.
You engage in fraudulent activity or breach UAE consumer protection laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
 

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Muhammed Naeem Bashir Used Cars TR LLC shall not be liable for:

Any loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from the use of the Service.
Technical delays, server downtime, or errors in data transmission over the internet.
The accuracy of the information provided by Dealers; the Dealer assumes all liability for the content of their listings.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
